Philly comes to town for three games. Don't be surprised at the incongruous sight of Mets fans piling into the stadium to cheer for the Marlins.
As for the teams' histories on September 19th, the Marlins have lost in 5 of the last 6 years while the Phillies have won 4 of their last 6. They have only met once before on September 19th, which was a Marlins win in 1995.
In 2008 Florida has a 4-8 record in Friday home games, while the Phillies have a 7-5 record in Friday road games.
