Michael Putney on his Sunday morning chat show on Channel 10 interviewed Miami Mayor Carlos Alverez, who said among other things that the stadium agreements will be given to the commissioners to start reviewing either today or tomorrow for a still-possible Friday the 13th voting date, that language in the documents makes it clear that any construction overruns not caused by government will be the responsibility of the Marlins, and that giving the infrastructure work out without bids is a legitimate method to expedite an already-delayed process.
