Before, it was the FAA making onerous demands on improvements for Ft. Lauderdale Stadium that drove the Orioles into the arms of Sarasota. Now a SEC investigation may delay the Marlins stadium's parking garages.
UPDATE: Miami defies Washington (that has a familiar sound) and charges forward to complete the parking garages as late as they usually do, and not any later.
