'"He's a great guy," Santana said. "Great character, great player, always joking around. We had some good times together. He plays the game hard."...
'Santana and Jones had a running gag during batting practice with the Twins where Santana would stand out in left field and dare Jones, an excellent opposite-field hitter, to stroke a pitch over his head.

'"He knows exactly what it's like because we went through it in Minnesota," Santana said of those Twins teams that reeled off three consecutive division titles from 2002-04. "I'm pretty sure he's going to bring all that up to those guys over there."'(SunSentinel)
JACQUE-ON-JOHAN: '"He is always upbeat," Jones said. "He's always excited. He's always happy. He's like a little kid playing baseball. He was our stopper in Minnesota. Every time he went out there, you knew you had a good chance to win."'(MiamiHerald)
