There He Goes Again!
Just as we were convincing ourselves on how good it would be that our civic leaders will be able to shift some Orange Bowl money towards finally building a new Marlins stadium, along comes John Brattain to insistently remind us just how much the people of South Florida are being royally screwed in this whole process by Loria, Samson and Selig. Sorry 'bout that. I'm just glad you folks have Larry Beinfest running things. As an old Expos fan I share your pain and worry about the Fish losing Miguel Cabrera the way we lost Vladdy Guerrero.
I've always enjoyed the Marlins; especially in 2003. Watching Josh Beckett mow down the Yankees in game six on three days rest was a treat.
You might say I'm a Marlins fans from the GM on down.

There's no need to be sorry. Thank You for reminding us about what kinds of 'people' Loria and Samson have been. What happened in Montreal was a travesty, and I hope it doesn't happen the same way here in Florida. Glad that you're at least a 'partial' Marlins fan - and yeah you're right, who knows where this team would be without Larry.
