Also today the Braman Megaplan trial was to have reconvened, and whatever progress was made in making a settlement was to have been reported to the judge, unless something else came up. Check the list of links here for non-stop coverage.
It's gracious of MLB to have timed the All-Star break to start today, since the Marlins have a shaky 4-7 record on July 14th.
