Pierzynski, Gary Sheffield went 0 for 4 with a strikeout and a walk, Aaron Small pitched 2.2 innings and gave up 2 earned runs on 4 hits and gets the loss (but he also get 2 strikeouts), Al Leiter goes 1.1 innings and gets a strikeout but gives up 2 earned runs on a hit and a walk (both of those runs scored after Leiter left, however).
