2nd-Place Marlins Ordered to Spend Like Reds, Brewers, Etc.
The Players' Union and Commissioners' office jointly tells the Marlins to spend more money on more expensive players or start paying fines. Samson squeaks that the Marlins have always abided by the Basic Agreement, but will now continue to follow the Basic Agreement.
