The Marlins, once proud masters over Tampa Bay and now sent wimpering home by them the last couple of years, are primed to proceed to pounce on our latest whipping-boys, the Washington Nationals. The Fish so far have done beat them Nats seven games in a row, thank you kindly, and are expecting a little old-fashioned morale-boosting tonight.
But they'll be facing fo-Fish Scott Olsen, fresh off the DL. Nah, don't worry - Nolasco will take care of their butts. (Yahoo)
And now the daily dose of history - The Marlins have won 3 of their last 4 June 29th games, while their opponent tonight has gone 2-2 in their last 4 on June 29.

UPDATE: Rain has hit the stadium area and more may be coming.
RESULT: What else? Fish win 4-2.
