The Marlins start their 2009 campagn in Miami Gardens this afternoon, playing against the Nationals.
Besides the potential of the young pitchers, the big question seems to be whether Bonifacio should be batting leadoff in place of Maybin. David Pinto projects that the Marlins will give up one win this year with Emilio at leadoff, and the discussion is spirited at FishStripes.
It'll be John Lannan and Ricky Nolasco on the mound starting at 4:10 today. Both the Nats and Fish have lost their last three games played on an April 6.
