Financing Follies

County Mayor Carlos Alverez humbly asks the commissioners on the stage of the Jackie Gleason Theater to vote for the stadium that could possibly cost the county around a billion dollars.

Alverez touts the economic impact of the Marlins, something the town they currently play in hasn't seen much of.

H. Wayne saw a negative impact on his balance sheet when he dismantled the '97 championship team, a decision he now regrets doing (join the club Mr. Moneybags).
