Back
I'm back from a 3-week trip that took me away from the Marlins for awhile. That should be no excuse, as Marlins fans can keep track anywhere, even in cricket-loving Austrailia.
The pre-posts I set up to post daily during the trip weren't totally horrible, with, it seems, just one completely-screwed-up-date-and-schedule post and a few confused assertions.
Catching up on the news, FishStripes covered this week's draft very well.
Miami seemed to have a record May.
The new park had its first washout and its first graduation ceremony..
Giancarlo was not only the NL Player Of The Month but he may slip into the Home Run Derby.
And the Fish are going after another Cuban player.
Tonight, with 108 games left on the schedule and the Marlins in a tie for first in the NL East with the Nationals, a three-game series against the Braves begins in Miami. Anibal and Tim Hudson start.
