First of Two Two-fers
This is the goofy week in the schedule where MLB has the teams play two 2-game series in a row.
The Marlins are 3 games into a scheduled 20-game stretch without a day off, but with 15 of those 20 games at home (they have another 20-game run in August, with only 6 of those games at home). The Fish play 21 of their next 29 games at home.
All the NL East teams play at home today and tomorrow. In Miami, the Fish host the Pirates for their first two-bagger. Bedard and Anibal are expected to start.

Half-Way Home
The Mets play at Philly, but all the other NL East teams play away against the NL Central this go-around. The Marlins make their last visit to a NL stadium in Texas (until the day some future Selig decides once again to reorganize everything). It's Zamby vs. Wandy tonight.
