The George Zimmerman verdict announced last night preempted the
exciting come-back ending of last night's Marlins-Nats game on the
Miami Fox outlet WSVN....

Those of us bolted onto cable or living too far south seem to have
been shut out of the game. But with a well-aimed pair of rabbit-ears
in south Broward county I was able to get the West Palm Beach Fox
affiliate Ch. 29, which was still broadcasting the game (in clear HD),
even though Sanford, Florida, where the court proceedings were held,
is much closer distance-wise to WPB than MIA.
I find it is a good idea to have a way to pick up Ch. 29 especially
during the pro football season, where Dolphin exclusivity rules force
the Miami Fox station not to broadcast games that the West Palm Beach
station can broadcast.
